Verbal Aikido - Build Relationships While Resolving Conflict

Seishindo is uniquely designed to help you resolve conflict while building better relationships because it's built upon the principles of the Japanese martial art of Aikido, NLP, and Ericksonian Hypnosis. I am a fourth degree black belt and licensed instructor of Aikido in Japan, and a certified trainer in NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis.

As you learn to calm yourself and enter into a state of embodied presence, you'll find you're much better able to dissolve and resolve conflict, while finding a common ground with others.

During our time together you'll learn a process for conflict resolution and relationship building that will transform how you engage yourself when attempting to change perceived shortcomings, and diffuse the hostility you sometimes experience with others.

The Seishindo approach to helping you refine your conflict management skills is effective and easy to grasp because it concentrates on five key elements:

• Discover how the words you speak mirror the model of the world you believe in.
• Learn to construct communication patterns that attract agreement and acceptance.
• Experience how your body language determines the expectation and mood of yourself, and all those you are in relationship with.
• Cultivate an awareness of how your body generates your emotional state.
• Use Verbal Aikido to embrace potential adversaries rather than fight against them.

The telecourse is led by Charlie Badenhop. Charlie is the originator of Seishindo, an Aikido instructor, NLP trainer, and Ericksonian Hypnotherapist.
